"The body is the marker of all truth"

Esoteric Yoga was founded in 1999 by Serge Benhayon, Director of Universal Medicine, an organisation dedicated to true healing, health and well-being. Through Esoteric Yoga Serge Benhayon has offered humanity an opportunity to return to the true nature of our body and the wisdom that comes from within each and every one of us.
Esoteric Yoga asks us to reconsider the
meaning of the word ‘Yoga’ , and the magnitude of what living in union actually means for us as a society. From its origins the word yoga means ‘union’. Union means to re-connect, to re-unite, to bring ourselves into connection with the untapped true nature of our body and the knowledge and truth that it holds within it – the qualities of stillness, joy, harmony, and the wisdom of love that are there, but yet to be truly lived.
Serge Benhayon presents a way of living in union – a living way that connects us to an understanding of ourselves, our behaviours, our thoughts and the impact we have on others. Esoteric Yoga – the Yoga of Stillness, provides a very practical marker of the effect of our choices for it shows us that everything we do, think and say, has a direct effect on our body, health and everything around us. Serge has founded an array of healing modalities to assist the process of returning to a true way of living in union with our soul, bringing us back to a way of living in harmony with ourselves, our body, all of humanity and the rhythms of the universe. Thousands of people worldwide are now benefiting from the healing effects of these modalities. They are also being formally practised, studied and researched based on the sustained changes and healing they are bringing to people’s lives. Through his teachings, Serge Benhayon has brought great understanding to the scientific truth discovered by Albert Einstein that ‘Everything is energy’. As Serge Benhayon writes in his book ‘Esoteric Teachings & Revelations’: |
'The great scientist / physicist Albert Einstein made it more commonly available outside the Ancient Teachings to know that ‘everything is energy’, but neither he nor anyone else before Universal Medicine made it into a temporal relative reality in the sense that –
‘if everything is energy, therefore,
Everything is BECAUSE of energy’. It is the latter, the ‘BECAUSE’ that needs to be the first point of all of our attention, for it is here that we will find the answers to all of our woes.'
Esoteric Yoga develops our awareness of energy through stillness and the science of movement. We are reminded of our own part in the quality of our life, whether that is towards a vital way of living or illness and disease.
Alongside founding the healing modalities, Serge is the author of eight books which elaborate on this approach to the sciences of the body, movement, life and energy. His books provide in-depth and meaningful presentations that offer answers to the many questions people are asking:
Serge's teachings ask us to consider the way we live our lives, with the understanding that everything we think, say and do has a direct effect on our health and well-being. We support the notion of love, but do we really understand what this means and do we actually live a life that is loving and harmonious with ourselves, with others and everything around us? Esoteric Yoga helps us to uncover the true impact of our loveless choices, and to discover the ever expanding effects of a truly loving way. It provides the opportunity to stop, reflect and recognise how we have been living. From this awareness new choices can be made based on self-love – and the impulses from the soul. |
'It is the ‘YOU’ in your body that gives ‘YOGA’ (union) its first true meaning.
Once you know yourself in your stillness, there is nothing in this world that you can do
that is greater than you because everything you do is a part of you
and there is no way you will ever celebrate a part when you can feel the whole.'
